The New Farm self-catering cottages (3 & 4 Star Tourist Board Rating) are situated across the courtyard at the rear of the house. They are maintained by us to a very high standard and we are usually on hand to assist you settling in.

A supermarket is situated in the next village of Milton (5 mins by car). We can arrange to supply a small selection of groceries in advance should you arrive late in the evening. Please do give us advance notice if you want us to do this for you.

  Chestnut Cottage - 3 Bedroom Cottage

A 4 Star cottage comprising a hall, lounge with TV, Video/DVD, dining area, kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Downstairs the cottage comprises a double bedroom and twin bedroom, with separate bathroom, comprising bath with overhead shower, toilet and handbasin. Upstairs there is a further double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and handbasin. The cottage garden overlooks open fields and free-range chickens, geese, ducks and turkeys.

  Horseshoe Cottage - 1 bedroom Cottage

Another 4 Star cottage with a hall, lounge/dining room complete with TV, Video/DVD and a sofa bed for a further guest or 2 small children. A kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine plus a downstairs toilet and handbasin.

Upstairs there is a double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, complete with bath with overhead shower, toilet and handbasin. The cottage garden overlooks open fields and free-range chickens, geese and ducks.

  Beagle and Dolls Cottages - 2 bedroom Cottages

These cottages have been designed on one level making them suitable for the less mobile. They accommodate 4 people, allowing for an additional guest on a sofa bed. The cottages have a hall, lounge, kitchen equipped with the following:-

Washing machine Dishwasher Microwave Oven and hob Fridge Colour television plus video & DVD player Radio/CD
The Cottages are equipped with stylish bathrooms that have a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
Outside both the cottages is a small garden that comes with it's own garden furniture and a barbecue. We have facilities to store your bikes if you bring them with you.
Additional items to note for all self-catering cottages are that: All bathroom and bedroom linen is included in the weekly rental charge. Our Tariffs The self-catering cottages range from £200 - £800 per week. Please note that there is a 20 % non-refundable deposit due on booking with the remainder payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. We also offer the cottages on a rent-per-night basis for a minimum of 2 nights. Our Season We are open all the year round! Please contact us to discuss availability or any queries you might have. There is so much to do in this area so click on the Links page to get some further inspiration for some great days out. In addition, good quality frozen meals can be ordered and delivered from Dinner's Done so please indulge.
